Vitamins ladies

Mood has plummeted as couple of years and after unsuccessfully trying anti depressants, I’ve decided to try vitamins instead just to see.
I am already on a folic acid supplement from GP.
Last week I bought vitamin D3 after reading great things about it….
I find it makes my anxiety worse. Not sure why.
Any advice on others I could try to make my mood a little happier

Getting out in the fresh sir and sunshine always helps me.

You need to take D vith K2 for proper absorbson. Low iron and B12 can cause anxiety too.
