I'm almost 45. I've been on an oral contraceptive pill for years. Only stopped when I was having my two children. The last few 'periods' have been very short and quite dark. Mostly brown and short. I'm off the the nurse on Thursday but could this be something to worry about? I know the pill isn't a proper period so not sure it's menopause
