Abnormal Pelvic pain and periods

So I have been on degestrol pill for over 3 years no problem , periods every 4 to 6 months apart lasting between 3 and 5 days Until
December period lasted 4 and half weeks
Two weeks later in Jan bleed for 2 day
February bleed 8days
March 15days
Never really suffered with period pain much just now and again until this started every day while bleeding until February since then I have had pain every day since, last from round 20 min to couple hours on and off though out the day. Pain is mild

Smear was clear in September
March Had a pelvic exam my cervix was red so was swabbed all test came back clear
Had lots of bloods all normal apart from vitamin d
Been booked for ultrasound not till end of April

Just wondering what people thoughts if they had similar

I wondered for myself if adult constipation plays a part? 🙈

Awful mid centre pains continued after finish of antibiotics, decided not to get further 7 days as bowels were just going to mush last week though someone did say I’d get the trots, I then have had for the last two days where I’ve emptied three times daily more solid stools (thanks veg chilli and Sunday roast veg or has it been constipation?) bleeding after going today for no. 2 from the vagina and a few hours ago I believe my period (light) has started and do you know what the pain has eased and become classic period cramps. I should have realised back when I use to have regular monthlies before any real trouble my bowels always did strange things around star week.
