Is spotting before a period something to worry about?
For the last few months I've had 4-5 days of spotting before each period. It's not like a light start to my period, it's dark blood (like at the end of a period) and is only when I wipe.
My period then starts and is similar to how it's always been (2 heavy days, 2-3 medium days, a couple of light days as it tails off).
I'm 32, and not on any contraception. Is it worth speaking to my GP about this?
