Anyone been booked into a specialist coil clinic that deals with broken and or need to be removed coils - wonder if I’m looking at weeks or months wait. 🙈
The Hospital tried to remove with gas and air already but it wasn’t successful as much as I wish they could have pulled it there and then and it just doesn’t sit right that Colchester should remove West Suffolk’s work.
I’d looked into private places that can remove the coil but not much luck it all seems nurse level. Having a day as my private scan cancelled on me and I’m not confident they won’t do this again now.
I popped by the pharmacy who previously supplied Cerazette but they can’t help with other options and as I thought said you can’t take the oral pill with a coil in, to go back to the gp who fitted it? in my case nothing to do with a gp but a hospital so it’s kicked my bum to email WSH and ask for a patient initiated follow up appointment.
The pharmacist also mentioned something odd like the coil has different doses?!? He can’t mean the pill as I’ve 6 months of yellow packs of 28 pills and I’m aware that doesn’t have a dose change. I have 1 pack of Cerazette left but I’d be terrified what it does with the object still inside.
