Has anyone dealt with irregular periods quite some time after giving birth?
My baby is now 9 months and they are all over the place. I EBF for only 2 weeks and my supply dropped due to an extremely bad tongue tie. I did pump until nearly 5 months, but probably only managed 8oz a day. Since then baby has been fully formula fed.
Periods returned at 7 months. First period was extremely light like it wasn't even there and lasted a week. Second period lasted 2 weeks but again was really light. Currently on my 3rd period and I'm now on day 14. First 5 days were light. Since then it's been heavier, but not excessively. The out of ours dr phoned me yesterday and was useless.
Sorry for rambling, but has anyone experienced anything similar?! Is it just my hormones settling? Any help would be hugely appreciated! 🙏
