Itching and skin dimples

Just looking to see if anyone has had anything similar.
One breast has this itchy feeling just in one area for many months now, feels like a hair in my bra but there's nothing there, I have a gp appointment in two weeks so tonight had a proper look in the mirror at it whilst at the gym and noticed the gym is dimpling or pimply. Don't know why I've not looked before, I have felt the area obviously and was worried enough to make a gp appointment a week ago but now I've noticed the skin is different in that area I'm a bit more concerned

Just replying as nobody has and I worry about my boobs too sooooo....

It's probs nothing but it will do no harm to get it checked out, especially as you've said it's gone on a while and there are skin changes. Might just be a spot of eczema.
