Bleeding & pain during/ after sex.

age - 23, on microgynon pill.
symptoms - extreme fatigue
Lower back pain on right hand side
pain during sex
bleeding afterwards that usually lasts 2/3 days.
bleeding randomly despite being on pill with agonising cramps, hot water bottle basically strapped to me.
heavy / sore legs.
pain going to the loo.
blood always in urine.
Any ideas / advice? Symptoms have been present since I had my little boy a couple of years ago, was fine beforehand. Currently going back and forth to GP don’t think they are taking me seriously.

Endometriosis was my initial thought, deep
pain during sex is a possible indicator of this as is the bleeding and cramps.

Have you not been referred by them to a gynae?. What has the GP suggested to date?.

If GP remains unhelpful see another within the practice and complain to the practice manager. Keep a daily pain and symptoms diary particularly if you do not already do this. If you can do so I would phone your local private based hospital and pay to see a gynaecologist there for an appointment.
