Muscle strain? What’s wrong with me?

My pain started in my tummy muscles a couple days (had to stop exercises as it hurt - I’m an avid exerciser. It’s spread to chest and back, tummy is now fine all though I haven’t ran since.

Hurts with deep breathes, walking to much, sneezing coughing etc. is it just muscle strain?

If you have any kind of pain in your chest or difficulty breathing, you need to seek medical advice asap. Perhaps call NHS111 and tell them your symptoms.

It's impossible for anyone on here to tell you. Ring 111 or head to urgent care - it could be nothing serious but it also could be something that needs treatment.

Was more wondering if anyone had experienced the same before. 111 will just tell me to go to A&E as its chest pain.

Thanks for the responses.

It’s also better with rest. Starts hurting when I get up and moving again. Must be my muscle.

My partner thought that and she had appendicitis!

Pain in her back & chest?

It was in her side/ribs/stomach but she put it down to a muscle pull but nope, appendicitis!

Not suggesting you have appendicitis but it's worth getting any persistent pain without a known cause checked out!
