Ovulation is a bitch

Okay! Someone that may be able to help me with my body. My period was 7 days late. It came on heavy and stopped after 3 days. Very weird and irregular for me.

I am not 4 days pregnant ovulation and I feel like utter shit! I have intense cramps. Bloating. Gas. Nausea. Constipation!!! What the hell!?!? Is this what ovulation is like? 🙈

It's rubbish, isn't it?!

Some cycles my ovulation pain is actually worse than my period pain.

I had a CS 6 years ago so I think it's been happening by since then.

I have horrible symptoms for a full week leading up to ovulation…bloating, discomfort, nausea, hip pain. All symptoms disappear when I ovulate. I had bloods and ultrasounds last year which showed nothing abnormal at all so I assume this is just what it’s like for me.
I only developed these symptoms a few years ago after coming off the pill (which I’d taken for twenty years apart from a couple of breaks when I was pregnant.) I never had anything like this when I was younger. I’m 49 now and obviously still bloody well ovulating regularly as clockwork as this happens for a week every month!!

I have real rage before / at ovulation, I never used to feel like this but I've noticed it since having a child. Its like I just lack patience for everyone and everything, and I just find it really hard to bite my tongue if something is annoying me. I feel better before a period than I do before ovulation.

Not sure what to do about it...I'm trying to just anticipate it each month and go for a walk out of the house if I feel the rage brewing so no one gets my wrath.

I get awful ovulation pain since having my kids. No period pain bizarrely, but the ovulation pain is sometimes so bad I can't sit down!

I get horrible ovulation symptons. Crippling cramps, diarrhoea, constipation and one full day of absolute despair/depression. It's thoroughly miserable and I cannot wait until it stops.
