9 months PP, I'm always pissed off!

I dunno if anyone else is the same, I'm 9 months PP after my second DC. Everything with pregnancy and birth was fine, baby is doing well and I don't suspect I've got any PND as I'm coping well.

However, I am constantly pissed off it seems! Someone is always irritating me. I am stressed in my job due to staff changes and workload and my 4 yo (not yet at school) is always a bit of a handful, but that's always been the case.

I read something the other day on Instagram that it takes a woman 18-24 months to physically and mentally recover after pregnancy and birth and I'm wondering if this is hormone related!?

Anyone else?

Is it just stress hormones - it sounds a lot to deal with with a 9 month old - can you build in some regular time to relax/ exercise/ do whatever makes you feel more calm, and see if that makes a difference? Hopefully someone who knows more about the pp hormones question can help more.

There is the possibility that you are pissed off because people are treating you unfairly, and your reaction is justified. That is certainly a possibility in the work place.
