Post-UTI nerve pain?

Bit of background: I'm 32, and have lichen sclerosus (well-controlled with steroid cream, rarely causes me issues). Also had a clear smear test just a few weeks back, and tested negative for STIs.

Past 6 weeks, I've had ongoing UTI symptoms. Had several rounds of antibiotics, after which symptoms still weren't fully gone, so very nice GP prescribed me a longer course (few months), advising that this should kick it.

I'm now a week or so into this course, and it does feel like the UTI has gone...but I'm left with a kind of lingering tingliness in that area - it feels like nerve pain, maybe from the urethra, but it just feels sort of generalised to the area? It's worse after urinating/wiping, but urination itself doesn't hurt/sting/burn like it does with a UTI.

I really don't feel UTI-ish anymore, but maybe it's the aftermath? Really worried as it's a disconcerting feeling. Has anyone else ever had this?
