Back pain after ovulation

Does anyone else get mild lower back pain for a few days after ovulation? Do you know what it means? I've had 2 children and never been diagnosed with any fertility issues although I am trying for a third and nervous this might cause an issue conceiving. Thanks

I occasionally get back pain and certainly got more pain once I hit my thirties, which was when I finally needed painkillers each month. My periods have definitely changed as I got older and after I had a baby.

Maybe keep a diary, or use an app like Flo to keep track of symptoms. Are you up to date with your smears? If anything gets worse, you could always book a GP appointment to investigate, but rest assured that periods can change over time, so it’s not necessarily something wrong.
