Spotting/bleeding mid cycle help

I (39F) am having a bit of a mental breakdown this week. Been trying to conceive for 7 months, got blood testing done this month and got the results of barely existent AMH and high FSH (been referred to a fertility clinic and got appointment at beginning of April). Generally been really stressed out - should have ovulated this week and I haven't, since Wednesday I have had right ovary pain and dark spotting which has never happened in my life.
And this morning whilst DTD with my partner we had to stop as I was bleeding bright red blood fairly heavily. This is something I have never experienced in my life.
I'm having a bit of a freak out about it all tbh and scared about why this is happening - anyone got any thoughts or advice?

Are u still bleeding? Makes me think your period arrived early by the sound of things?...

It's more like spotting - only when I wipe and it doesn't feel like my period :/
I had a teeny tiny clot when I wiped earlier today but nothing in my underwear.

Well anything out of normal better get checked .. specially if bled during s...
