Coming off the POP pill

I've decided to come off cerelle as DH is going to get the snip.
It's only been three days and I have a constant headache across my temples and forehead. I am so irritable. I feel like I could go get the plates out of the cupboard and start throwing them against the wall. You know like that inner angry frustrated feeling you get.
My DH only has to breath loudly and its starts a rage in me.
Is this normal? Is it to do with stopping the pill?

Possibly, I was shocked at the lack of advice regarding coming off the pill, I just stopped Cerazette so abruptly to my mind. I’d been more teary with it all though. Time will tell if Cerazette killed the fibroid I suppose. Don’t really understand how people have the coil in and still take the pill, surely that’s overload of hormones.
