I ‘birth’ these sorts of clots during my period usually I don’t catch them before they sink into the toilet this time I caught it. I did have a bit of a cramp before hand, but I know I’ve had bigger.

This is quite a close up!! It was big the size of my thumb if not bigger

Oh is it big? After the birth of my second child I experience similar and went back on the pill to stop my periods - it worked.
