Hi,
I've been on the combined pill for nearly a full month. I've not missed a pill. The past few days have had spotting which I assumed was a bit of breakthrough bleeding while my body adjusted but today I've started bleeding with a medium/heavy flow with some little clots? Can that be breakthrough too? I've also got quite bad pain in my pelvis area.
Anyone else experienced this? I haven't ever.
