I have been suffering from itching, vagisil is helping but isn't relieving it totally! Not inside at all, just outside. Have changed soap and using only non soap items, gentle cleansers etc. cotton undies and going commando as often as possible, but it keeps coming back and I am making it bleed when I scratch at night, plus feels like I am peeing broken glass! Before I bother the doctor any portions/lotions/pills anyone can recommend? 38 years old, don't think pre menopausal yet. No relationship to cycle I think.
