RED LINES UNDER THE SKIN

I noticed these red lines on my arms several days ago. They were on both arms and so I thought I was wearing a tight top however I’ve noticed more on my back the day after along with bruising under the skin. There is no texture to it or any abrasion. It it under my skin. My doctor has booked me in for bloods but I’m petrified. Have anyone any answers to what this could be?

I'm not trying to play down your worry but I get marks like that all the time from carrying a rucksack, and other things. I do have skin that marks really easily but I can get marks from carrying a handbag.

I get such lines exacrly same places from wearing bras... its the tread they use my skin doesnt agree with i guess...
