22 and bleeding every 2 weeks past 8 months

I'm Waiting for a transvaginal ultrasound, but I'm really worried about what I have and if I left it too late.
Has anyone else experienced this? I also have had clear CM throughout my cycle.
I also have never had regular cycles, and have been pregnant 2 years ago.

I had some irregular spotting before my pregnancy. One of the reasons was because I'm on thyroid pills and my thyroid had become overactive, so I guess that's worth checking out. Another reason could be cysts. Usually if the pap smear results are ok, doctors don't care much.

@Flowermoon90 I'm not on any pills or conception, and the waiting game, is stressful.

Do you mean bleeding like full periods every 2 weeks or do you mean spotting mid cycle ?

I only ask as my symptom of abnormal cells on my cervix was bleeding around the middle of my cycle, it was caused by the abnormal cells being more sensitive to
Ovulation but if you mean an actual full flow period every 2 weeks I'm not sure if that's nore hormones maybe?
