Possibly endo? - is there any point seeing the GP

I've self diagnosed myself with possibly endo, a lot of my symptoms match but I'm not sure if it's worth seeing a GP as I think I'm in peri menopause also.

My symptoms have definitely worsened since having my children a few years ago. I have pain during sex which I put down to an episiotomy plus 2 x stitches however the nurse at my last smear said everything looked fine with my scar tissue.

I still have round ligament pain when sneezing or coughing, especially if I'm lying down.
I have had heavy periods from the beginning however now I feel wiped out and am in pain with nausea for a good 3-4 days before it starts
My bloating is unreal, I could pass for 4-5 months pregnant at the start of each period.
Awful javelin arse
Sharp pains in my vagina - I can no longer wear tampons as it's too uncomfortable.
Shooting pains down my legs and around my perineum. If I'm walking I have to stop for it to pass.
Very clotty periods

Does this seem worthwhile looking into? The GP suggested the Mirena coil which I've ummed and ahhed about however this was for peri, I had mentioned my symptoms however peri was the diagnosis (over the phone). I know waiting lists are long and I'm getting towards mid-forties now so seems a bit pointless to wait a long time then hit meno. Could this just be peri?
