I'm hoping you can talk me down, right now I'm really panicking.
I've been dating a guy who told me before the second date that he has HSV2 but hardly ever gets an outbreak. I really liked him and could see him being my life partner so after researching decided that it wasn't a dealbreaker for me. I don't want more children and knew that we could take precautions/use condoms.
A while into the relationship we had (protected) sex, 2 nights in a row. This was 19 days ago. For the past few days I've had slight Thrush type symptoms- itching, tingling but (I think) everything looks normal. I've booked an appointment to have a test tomorrow. I'm so scared. I think I'm going to have to wait approx 4 days (maybe more due to the weekend) and I'm panicking! Please help!
