Does anyone else get this? It’s really noticeable physical fatigue.
ive been tested for iron deficiency and other things, tests normal
I do have poly cystic ovaries but I am a healthy weight and my cycle is reasonably regular 6-8 weeks, I have two children (21 and 14)
I did have a viral fatigue in 2021 where I had to take to my bed for a few weeks to recover.
but now I notice that I get extremely physically tired in the second half of my cycle, where I have no energy and need much, much more sleep.
i exercise daily (run, swim plus dog walking, though will tailor it and make it more low impact at these times)
does anyone else get this?
I have max flexibility with my work right now so have the luxury of being able to nap if I need to but it’s worrying, as I certainly couldn’t cope with a commute and full day in the office when I feel like this!
Is this peri menopause or maybe a hangover from the viral fatigue? How I can I improve things?!
