Yellow discharge

A few weeks ago I had what I thought was a uti. Needing to pee ALOT. Felt like I was peeling myself all the time. Had ten days of Nitrofuratoin. Seems to have helped. But now I have EXCESS yellow tinged discharge. Like egg whites. But yellow tinge to it. Yesterday I thought I was leaking, went and wiped, and the tissue was covered in slimy type discharge. I have a coil, I have bled virtually the whole time I’ve had it (13 months) and I stopped three weeks ago, then all this began!
should I worry?

Are u still taking it, or already finished, one of them makes urine bright yellow, think it wss this antibiotic but not 100% sure... or maybe go have another test see if uti has cleared .. could it be another bleed on the way..

Any chance you could have chlamydia? Very similar symptoms to a UTI and often causes yellow discharge too. It's the most common STI and you can have it without symptoms for ages and then have it flare up. Chlamydia could explain the bleeding too.
Otherwise, thrush possibly brought on by having antibiotics? Thrush is very itchy though.

The discharge by itself wouldn't worry me but with your other symptoms too, I would go back to the GP personally.
For what it's worth, I had a false negative on my chlamydia test the first time around and then tested positive (having had no sex at all between the two tests), but I don't know how common that is.
