Struggle with smears can I have hpv only then go in if that’s +

is this possible? Am happy to do home hpv test and go in for full smear if necessary.

Yes of course.. Buy a HPV test from superdrug or similar.

Yea as that's all the test is anyway
If it's negative they don't test for anything else
I mean if there is anything obvious to the eye they should flag it but a home hpv test is better than nothing
