Can anyone please help with any suggestions.
So I have got a rash that fits appeared on my back last night, now it's spread ll oh my chest and on my ear.
I am 30, had chicken pox when I was younger, no new medication, no new wash powder or soaps, I suffered bad heart palpitations attack last night.
