Waiting for GP appt, any ideas what could be the issue?

I’m 48 and have a few health niggles going on. Primarily it’s aches and pains in hip, bum, lower back, especially worse when I wake up in the morning. Had this for at least 6 years. I was referred to rheumatologist and had an MRI a few months ago for suspected Spondylitis but no inflammation was found so I was discharged. I did test positive for HLA B27 gene. The discharge report mentions that fibroids and a small cyst were seen on the scan but no follow up was advised. I have since contacted my GP to discuss but have had to wait a month for an appt (2 weeks to go). My other issue is that I have noticed pain about a week after my period has ended, and sometimes the morning after having sex. I think it’s ovary pain, feels heavy and pressured. It doesn’t last all month. I’ve also noticed more discharge. Wondering if this could be linked to the fibroids/cyst? Or what to specifically ask the GP when I see them? I also need to discuss the MRI as I have been told that it’s still possible to have spondylitis even without inflammation showing on scans. (I spoke to an online advisor at the National Axial Spondylitis Society who suggested I ask GP to seek second opinion from a specialist in Bath).

I will only have a 10 min slot with the GP so I need to be consise to cover quite a few things!
