What’s going on with my body? Tmi warning

Since yesterday I have had a brown stringy discharge and today I also have diarrhea which I haven’t had since I was a child.
im on the mini pill but I haven’t missed one and I’ve been on it for years without a break (except during pregnancy)
My whole abdomen aches since the discharge began, I’ve never experienced anything like this before.
My diet is bland and simple, I haven’t changed it for a long time so it’s unlikely to be food related.
Can anyone suggest possible issues so I can try and find a DIY remedy please?
My doctor is no use, they never answer the phone and when they do the nearest appointment is always 3-5 weeks away. By then I expect to feel better so any advice now would be appreciated.

Does ur discharge have a odour???? Mist pharmacies can test for a UTI or thrush now x

If this is still going on I suggest that you call 111 you could be having a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy alternatively it may be just a bug but it would be best to talk to a doctor just in case its serious x

Should I take a pregnancy test to rule out anything serious like that?
Would all of those suggestions cause diarrhoea? It’s calmed down now but I still have the intestinal cramps. I haven’t had periods for years but it feels like awful period pains where you can’t move without hunching over.

This sounds like a miscarriage. A pregnancy test can stay positive for several weeks following a miscarriage. Best of luck OP.

I would take a test and phone a pharmacy amd see what trhy would recommend but if its still their by Tom call 111 and hopefully they can get u seen .. I get aloe of brown discharge on thr merena coil Haswell and cramps when I'm ovulating

On your update you described cramps making you hunch over, if that was me I would call 111 as soon as possible if you can't get through just get someone to take you to A&E better safe than sorry xx

Thanks again everyone. I took 3 pregnancy tests and they were all negative, is there still a chance of an ectopic or miscarriage with a negative result?
The cramps have eased now but I still have brown blood when I wipe (sorry for the details)
