Advice on potential labiaplasty and/or breast enhancement

I'm not sure if this is the best place for these questions however here goes

I am soon due to have my second child and have been having some anxieties around my post baby body again and considering my options.

Following my first born I lost a lot of confidence due to the appearance of down below. Not long after the birth I burst some stitches. I hoped to have this looked at soon after however there was an issue with my 6 week follow up (for some reason my daughter was booked in twice) subsequently I never got the opportunity to discuss this with anyone and no one checked my stitches. I didn't feel comfortable raising the issue after this with a GP and the longer time went by I gave up. So as a result things are a little uneven - nothing too major but I am very much aware of the changes. I'm now very concerned of how I will feel following birthing my child this time around, also considering this baby will be much bigger.

In addition I've always had insecurities with my breasts being on the very small side which again changed post birth. Although I am quite happy with them at present.. I'm sure they will soon deflate post birth 😂.

So I am considering labiaplasty as an option or something similar as well as breast enlargement. I just want to feel confident and happy in my body again.

I'm looking for advice from someone who has undergone these procedures or similar. I just want to know if you are happy that you went through with it, where did you choose to go, how much did it cost/what were the payment options, did you travel etc. I'm UK based if that helps 😊

Any advice at all would be appreciated
TIA
