Redness top of breast

Hi , Im away at the moment but while in the shower this morning I noticed redness on
the top of my right breast just above the nipple it’s a little bit sore to touch
to say I’m worried sick is an under statement but thankfully I’m travelling home tomorrow and will need to see a Dr .
Any advice ? Im worried sick I’ve never had anything like this before 😢

I’m out of the country until tomorrow night I have phoned my GP nothing they can do and advised that I phone again on Wed
