33 and spotty 😭

Why would I suddenly be breaking out? Up until Christmas I had absolutely perfect skin, have changed nothing and am waking up every day more and more spotty 😭😭

Are you using anything that could be upsetting your skin barrier?
Old make up? Dirty make up brushes? Pillow need replacing? Diet need looking at? There's lots of reasons.
I destroyed mine with an exfoliating scrub and spent most of 2023 with an awful rash over my face. I'm now overly cautious.
