I believe I'm struggling with thrush (have had it before, symptoms the same). So got myself some canesten cream and the pessary. After about 45 minutes the pessary seemed to feel quite burny/stingy in my vagina - not unbearable but uncomfortable. It says it's a common side effect on nhs website - but wondered what others experiences were? How long did it last? How did you ease it? Did you try and remove what was left of pessary? Thank you
