Marsupulization

I may need to have this procedure. I've read horror stories about how the shape of your vulva changes after this, pain in the region reoccurs and it significantly affects your sex life even after recovery. Please share your experiences...even if they are not positive as I want to prepare myself.

I had this done to a bartholins cyst. Yes it was painful but none of the other things that you've mentioned have been a problem for me other than reoccurrence of the cyst. Have they tried something called a word catheter on you? I got the impression that this was the way they like to go when treating a cyst now?

Yes I had the word catheter but since have had a few recurrences so now I have to give marsupulization a go.

I had it done about 15 years ago. Recovery was relatively swift and no ongoing changes
