So I stopped pumping when baby was 4.5 months old, and even then my supply was seriously low and had been since 5 weeks pp. I had no periods what so ever. Last month I had a week of cramps/backache leading up to what I thought would be my first proper period. For 5-6 days I just had very very light bleeding- not even sure I would call it that. It was very light pink/brown and only when I wiped never enough to even touch a pad. Then this month same again, all the symptoms but just this light brown/pink discharge, I wouldn't even call it blood. But it's happened exactly when I would be 'due on' if I go from last month.
What is going on?! Is this normal? It's like my body can't release what it needs to almost. I've had a smear test recently and all was well. No other weird symptoms. Baby is 8 months in a few days.
Any helpful advice appreciated!
