I have had a period now for 5 weeks not been a heavy one until the last few days am waiting for doctors to give me a appointment for a scan on my womb as anyone had this problem I have been under a lot of stress

It might be peri starting, it does tend to muck up your periods. Have a think about a Mirena coil to , hopefully, stop your periods.

Follow up I had a scan and a internal scan they have found fibroids and a lesion on the neck of my womb waiting on a appointment from hospital for camera should I be worried

I had a fibroid removed, about the size of a pomegranate. No bother from that since. As for the lesion, you'll need to find out what type. I've had a variety of things done to my cervix!
I didn't worry too much, because I knew it was all going to get sorted.
