I've had pain in my sides on and off since the summer. Docs did bloods, all normal, and an ultrasound of my kidneys, also normal.
The pain gets worse at times but is usually a dull ache around my kidney area at the back, high up under the ribs. Sometimes when it gets back it's more of a burning pain, and over the last few days I've had more urgency to pee. I used to get infections a lot in my 20s that needed antibiotics, and it would get bad quickly (weeing blood and feeling really ill).
I've also been having night sweats. I've had these for a couple of years for the week before my period, but this month alongside the urgency to pee more and burning side pain I've had nights sweats for 2 weeks. Docs tested urine and said it had trace of protein and blood but then sent to lab and were all clear, so they have referred me to urology!
Has anybody had anything similar? I'm freaking out worrying that it's something serious. Thanks x
