I'm on the pill cerelle and use it perfectly, never missed it and take it every day so don't have periods. We went on holiday with a 4 hour time difference and still used it perfectly.
We came back on Tuesday after 2 weeks away and on Wednesday night I was sick with a migraine (haven't been sick for years) and since then I've been spotting which is unlike me. I've done tests every day since and they're negative, but could I be pregnant? As I don't have periods it's so hard to tell. We have regular sex but haven't since Tuesday as I want to keep testing for the next few weeks as I assume it would be too early to tell if this happened on holiday.
My partner has problems with his fertility and I've never been pregnant before on this pill, so really hoping I'm just overthinking!
