I am 6 months postpartum. I haven’t looked at myself since before having a baby. I am freaking out. Is this HPV, a different std?? I haven’t had a smear done recently but all past ones have came back normal. I have been with my husband for 4 years.

They’re long finger like lumps??

You should probably ask for post partum gynae /womens physio advice really.
But if I was a betting person I'd say your pelvic floor muscles aren't holding you up as well so you've got slight drop and this is just your internal texture which is in view. Pretty common.
Was it a vaginal delivery?
If your pelvic floor is affected you should get some physio/ do exercises it would help lift and contain everything.

Caveat I am not a Dr and this is a guess based on my own limited experience.

I look at vulvas every day for work, yours looks totally normal.

They look like a combination of hymenal remnants (most sexually active women will have ragged-looking hymenal remnants) and visible vaginal walls. If you had a vaginal delivery then the architecture of your vulva might have changed with that, too. You might have a very small degree of prolapse as I can see a little bit of bulging internal tissue.

Definitely go for your smear as it’s so important, and do some pelvic floor exercises! But to put your mind at rest, those are categorically not genital warts.

I'm in exactly the same boat. I started to look like this in the final weeks as baby's head hung so low. I still do look like this but I'm rubbish at my pelvic floor exercises (really need to do better). I'm 21 months post partum and not sure it'll ever change?

As wetbandits said, they are definitely hymenal remnants & you can see some vaginal wall. Totally normal.
