Collagen supplements- are they worth it?

Hi all, I keep seeing ads for the above and I wondered if anyone's tried them and found them worthwhile?

Yes they are, collagen is in 95% of your body so to top it up is useful. Saying thata good collagen supplement wont claim to be exclusively for a certain thing, as your body will use the supplement where required, knee’s, skin etc. This is my industry, hope that helps? Also tablets are generally as effective as liquid so id save my money.
