I need a massive glow up this year. It's been 6 years since having my third child. I am just "stuck".

I need to make huge changes this year. I need to lose 4 stone. I need to change my overall diet so I can be fit and healthy. I cannot even run anymore I am literally fed up of being like this.

I don't want to grow older and have health issues I want to be as active and healthy as I can for my family. I want to be able to fit back into my clothes. I used to be a size 8 pre children I am now a 14/16. I'm early thirties and absolutely know someone of my age should not be looking the way I do.

What I need is advice on what to do to make this happen and stop relying on some sort of motivation that lasts me 5 mins and instead discipline myself. I know my health and mental health will suffer if I don't make changes now. So please give me what you can.

I feel the same. Maybe we can keep each other on track

Same here. Can I join?
This year I have started prioritising sleep again. Not completely winning yet, but going to bed that hour early combined with a good skincare routine (for my standards) has been a good start. I think.
I have also started working out again. With a friend to keep me accountable. That actually seems to help.

Everything else is still work in progress...😝

Would be great to have other people to keep one another on track! I used to be so self aware and articulate with looking after myself but since kids I gave it all up and put them first. Now they're a little older and a little more independent I should be getting myself back in gear.

I just don't know where to start how do I fit things in between work/family/home.

I’ll join too, my youngest is almost 4 and I still have the baby weight, and have lost my confidence. I used to be a size 8-10 but am now a 14 (which I know is not big really), but I’m only short so the added weight doesn’t help.
I’m stuck in a rut with clothes, and will wear the same style tops (in different colours) where as years ago I used to try different things style wise and be more daring.

My baby is 14 months. Weigh 2 stone more than I did on due date, really want to have the energy to chase after him and be the Mum he deserves.
How do you find the time to exercise? Some days I don't even get to brush my teeth till nearly lunchtime!! Find eating healthier hard as try and make family meals and can't use low fat things for ds.
Time Machine donations or tips very welcome x

Start bit by bit, today I had my nails done, not long just sns on natural nails, took about an hour. Thursday I am having hair extensions takes half a day then 2 hours every 8 weeks for maintenance, actually saves time and money on highlights cut and blow as they are baleyage. Do my own eyebrows and waxing, teeth whitening facials and foot peels at this time of year. Pedicure at same time as manicure during sandal season.
