Post Lipo Nightmare - HELP ME

I am a first time poster so please be gentle with me. To get to the point, I had liposuction back in 2021. The doctor I had this with was absolute shit to put it bluntly. He gave me little to no post care advice. Nothing about lymphatic drainage massages and nothing to help me really to reap the benefits of going through the liposuction process on my stomach. Fast forward to today I have lumps across my stomach since I’ve had this done due to the poor aftercare and it is so awful for me. My confidence is gone I cannot wear anything fitted the lump above my belly button is big because he did not tell me about the proper garment to wear post-procedure. So either the fluids have collected and become hard or it’s fibromyalgia. I have today finally made an appointment with a private doctor who I am hoping can help me get rid of this nightmare. But can absolutely anyone help me and advice me on this. What will I have to do to remove these lumpy nightmares. I have been depressed for 3 years now. I just need help to get into the right direction.

it’s also worth noting after the lipo the doctor stopped taking my calls and no one from the clinic would get back to me to help me. To put it frank they took my money and washed their hands on me. Clinic is based on Harley Street.

You could always try wood therapy and cavitation to break down the lumps. To be honest, it sounds like you have fibrosis. This can sometimes be fixed by a plastic surgeon - not sure how they’ll do it for tummy lipo though? Possibly with another round of lipo? Not sure though…

HOWEVER, If you do get more lipo. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. Get you massages weekly (at least a few a week) for a few months, wear your compression garments and if necessary get wood therapy and cavitation.

Also Something that helped me getting an electrical heated gua aha. But considering you had lipo a while ago, I think your best bet would be with the surgeon.

Thank you I appreciate the advice A LOT! And yes either way I will have to go back and have some revision done as I did not get the desired result regardless.
