C-section indent/adhesions

Hi this is going to be a bit TMI… I had a c-section 3 years ago in April everything went smoothly with the surgery and with the recovery although ever since I had my c-section I’ve had painful sex it seems to just be getting worse is positions we could do I can’t do now because it’s so painful. (The pain is kind of in my stomach, not in the vagina/opening) I plucked up the currage to go to the doctors about this is July 2023 also went to the doctors about my irregular periods( don’t know if this is linked) got referred to gynaecologists had that appointment in November 2023 but didn’t go well so now back on the wait list. When the doctor was doing an internal examination on her notes she’s put left adnexal bulk (the gynaecologist didn’t look at this further, he didn’t do a internal examination) I have had an ultrasound and that’s clear.
And I’ve been looking at my scar more and noticing this indent let’s say on my scar I’ve been reading up and heard this can be adhesions that can cause painful sex etc.
I’ll post a picture below best I could get.
Has anyone had similar with there scar and the painful sex?

I haven't had the exact same thing but I did have adhesions following my first c section (caused recurrent miscarriages in my case).

You need hysteroscopy to diagnose adhesions as they don't show up on ultrasound.

Now I've had my second baby and second c section I'm sure I'm developing adhesions again because of pain at certain times of the month.

Not sure if that's helpful info or not but all the best with everything!

@LovesFood1987 What made you go check if you had any adhesions? And was you long waiting for a hysteroscopy?
Did having them cause any problems when you was TTC again? Sorry about all the questions 😂
