Recommendations, Some TLC for me - vitamins etc

I am relatively healthy, I don't eat much meat just because I don't love it but I try my best to fuel on iron rich foods as I am aneamic since a teenager. I am 31, a mother of 3 children under 6 and work a 30 hour week. I am usually asleep most nights around 11.30pm and wake anywhere between 6am - 7am(depending on the kids wake times 🙂) so I generally sleep well..

I exercise regularly, my hobbies are running, climbing local hills/mountains, exploring rural locations and finding hidden gem locations...but I feel I need to fuel my body better.

I am 9stone 3lbs (59kg) and 5ft 5".

Are their any nutrionists or just people experienced .. what can I take to fuel my body, protect my gut, my immune system and just help supplement my body with good vitamins? Any suggestions welcome for good energy, immunity, gut health, even hair, nail and skin care supplements.
