Incontinence and spinal block

I due to have a foot op and will be having a spinal block. I suffer from incontinence and am worried that I'll wet myself during surgery as I won't be able to feel the need to urinate. Any advice please anyone?

Op, this is something you simply don’t need to worry about; let your nurses take care of this worry.

they’ll insert a catheter and as far as pooping, just follow staff instructions in regard to your solid intake pre surgery.
