Has anyone experienced extreme dizziness postpartum and is there any relation to reintroducing caffeine?

Yes I did. I found it was related to BF and not eating enough in particular. Although dizziness is common post partum because your body is adjusting to no longer having to balance a big forward weight, your hormones are adjusting, your salt/water levels changing etc. I'd also lost quite a bit of blood during delivery.

I found eating really regularly helped mine, so every time the baby fed, I would have a big drink and a cereal bar/dried fruit and nuts/bit of cake etc. Plus breakfast lunch and dinner! It stopped after a couple of weeks.

Take it easy OP, rest, recover and enjoy your baby - congratulations! I wish I was holding a newborn right now Smile
