(Reposting again due to lack of replies on the conception thread)
Just been diagnosed with an overactive thyroid. I don’t really have symptoms so it’s quite a shock. I've been referred to endocrinology and told to stop ttc.
I've been unsuccessfully ttc for 12 months, I've just turned 31.
Could the overactive thyroid be what has stopped me getting pregnant? Is this easily treatable and I can then get pregnant once treated? Really worrying that it's just never going to happen ☹️
