I've had issues with bleeding after sex for many years. Had a LLETZ procedure in 2010 for abnormal cells. Smears have been fine since then, but have had about 3 colposcopies in the last 5 years for spotting after sex. My last colposcopy in Dec 2022 came back that I had HPV cell changes however no sign of CIN or cancer. Smear in June 2023 came back clear, no HPV. Had cautery to the cervix Oct 2023 as I have scar tissue on my cervix and gynae suggested this could be causing the blood. Have also been on mini pill since Oct 2023 and my periods are all over the place atm. Had sex last night, no blood after which is when I would normally get it, but had some blood this morning. Not sure if this is related to sex or the mini pill. I don't know whether I should be going back to the drs or not, looking for advice for what other people would do in this situation?
I'm sure I have health anxiety and I'm constantly worried it's something bad or that something has been missed 😞
