Ladies who have had abdominal hysterectomy, has it left you with overhang?

I’ve been told it’s pretty much inevitable due to scar tissue dragging the upper abdomen down ☹️.

Yup. Already had a little one after my caesarean but this is a whole other level, 2 years in so I don't think it's going to change. I have a 'healthy' BMI. Hold in pants help a bit.
