I've had serious pms for a while which has included suicidal thoughts, because of my age and other reasons they didn't want to put me in the combined pill to help with my hormones and instead put me on estrogen patches and the mini pill.
Has anyone else been prescribed similar and can tell me if it was affective.
Any personal experiences and issues found would be great, also if anyone found it helpful.
