Massive breasts killing my shoulders/neck

Hi all,

I have whoppers, quite literally.
My breast size is 46 HH, I’m not a slim woman, weighing at about 19 stone, I think my breasts must weigh a few stone each or at least feels like it 😂

Im trying to lose weight as I know that is obviously a big way to reduce pain but obviously that’s not a quick remedy. I need a bra that is going to help relieve some of the stress, I’ve tried wider bra straps and all sort of brands but nothing is working.
its destroying my back and shoulders, it causes me to slouch and I’m in constant pain.

please someone recommend a bra for me 😭

Have you tried Triumph Doreen bras? They’re not glamorous but very supportive. I have 34GG breasts and I find my back aches but I find these bras comfortable.

I am not a large woman but have 34-36DD (US sizing) breasts. I have gone to a front hook with back support (crisscross) style bra. It helps immensely.
